Payments Terms

All payments on Aereus.bet are processed exclusively in cryptocurrencies via trusted third-party payment providers. By using our platform, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions.

1. Deposits

• Deposits are available after 1–3 blockchain confirmations, depending on the network used (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).
• All deposit addresses are unique to each user and must be generated from your account dashboard.
• We do not charge internal fees for deposits; however, network (miner) fees may apply.

2. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed automatically or manually, depending on the amount and network congestion.
• Once broadcast to the blockchain, a withdrawal cannot be reversed or canceled.
• Ensure the correctness of your wallet address before confirming a transaction — we are not responsible for funds sent to invalid or unsupported addresses.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to basic anti-fraud checks for fairness and gameplay integrity.

3. Limits and Fees

• Each cryptocurrency may have specific minimum and maximum limits per transaction.
• Network fees (gas or miner fees) are paid by the user and depend on blockchain load at the time of transaction.
• No additional fees are charged by Aereus.bet beyond those imposed by the network or payment gateway.

4. Third-Party Payment Providers

We cooperate with external crypto-payment processors to handle deposits and withdrawals securely. These providers are responsible for transaction execution and blockchain processing. Aereus.bet does not store or manage users’ crypto wallets directly.

5. Transaction Finality

All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. In case of any delays or technical issues caused by network congestion or third-party providers, Aereus.bet will assist in resolving the situation but cannot guarantee instant completion times.

6. Disputes and Support

If you experience any payment-related issues, please contact our support team at support@aereus.bet with details of your transaction (TX ID, amount, network, and time). We will investigate and respond as soon as possible.
